1. Australian Distilling Co. Aussie Bramble
You will need:
- 50 ml Australian Distilling Co. Gin
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup
- 10 ml Australian Distilling Co. Shiraz Gin
Combine Australian Distilling Co. Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well for at least 15 seconds. Strain into a double rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with crushed ice and drizzle Australian Distilling Co. Shiraz Gin over the top. Then, garnish with thinly sliced orange peel.
2. Australian Distilling Co. Ginger Fresh
You will need:
- 30 ml Australian Distilling Co. Vodka
- 10 ml Ginger Liqueur
- 10 ml Aloe Vera Juice
- Sparkling Wine
Combine Australian Distilling Co. Vodka, ginger liqueur and juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for at least 15 seconds. After that, strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Then, garnish with edible flowers.
3. Australian Distilling Co. Cucumber Gibson
You will need:
- 60 ml Bondi Gin
- 5 ml Cocktail Onion Juice
Combine Bondi Gin and juice in a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a coupe glass and then garnish with cocktail onions wrapped in cucumber strips.
4. Australian Distilling Co. Homegrown Negroni
You will need 20 ml each of:
- Melbourne Gin
- Bitter Orange
- Rosso Vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and then stir for 20 to 30 seconds. Pour into a double rocks glass with one large ice cube. Then, garnish with an orange wheel.
5. Australian Distilling Co. Cherry Gin Fizz
- 60 ml Sydney Gin
- 5 to 6 Pitted Cherries
- 2 tsp Caster Sugar
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 120 ml Club Soda
Purée cherries with sugar. Stir in lime juice. Add 1/2 cup of ice into a double rocks glass and pour in the purée, gin and club soda. After that, gently stir to incorporate. Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.
