Get ready to dive into a day in the life of Brisbane’s favourite doggy family, because thanks to BBC Studios and HVK Productions, a massive Bluey attraction has now opened in Brisbane. The 4000-square-metre Bluey’s World is housed inside the Northshore Pavilion and is set to become a go-to for enthusiasts of the animated series.
The experience, which will run until September 2025, features a recreation of the iconic Heeler Queenslander home, where you can walk around and interact with life-size sets of Bluey and Bingo’s playroom and bedroom, the family lounge room, as well as the backyard with the poinciana tree in it.
You’ll dive into iconic Bluey games like Keepy Uppy and Magic Xylophone. Not only that, but to truly immerse you and your group in the world of Bluey, you will be guided through a 70-minute interactive experience, where you’ll bring one of the Garden Gnomes to life with some help from the mischievous Fairies, all while dealing with the Unicorse’s hilarious antics!
Afterwards, you can end your day in Bluey’s World with a tasty meal — like a Spring Roll from the Golden Crown Takeaway or a Pizza Girl’s pizza — browsing Alfie’s Gift Shop, letting the little ones run around the indoor playground inspired by Bluey’s Brisbane neighbourhood and more.
To honour Bluey’s Brisbanite origins, two of Brisbane’s iconic CityCats have been given a fitting makeover and are now more accurately CityDogs, as they’ve been transformed into Bluey and Bingo, respectively.
The new CityDogs offer families and fans a way to go to and from the Northshore Hamilton ferry terminal in true Bluey style, so the fun starts the moment you step unto the ferry and you can stay in Bluey’s World just that little bit longer. You can consult CityCats (and Dogs) timetables here.
Tickets start at $49.90 and you can find them here.
