Now that the warmer weather of summer is upon us, the search begins for a place to cool down, preferably one with swimming involved. Thanks to The Westin Brisbane‘s Mediterranean-inspired pool bar, we don’t have to travel too far to relax by the pool with a cocktail. Nautilus Beach Club is the perfect spot to live out your European summer fantasies.
The summer beach club was originally slated to close in March, but they’ve extended the dates due to popular demand.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until April 16, this oasis of fun will pay homage to the poolside lounges of the Amalfi Coast, with international DJs on the decks, sensational food and drinks, and swim time aplenty.
The entry fee is just $29, which gets you a spritz cocktail on arrival as well as free use of the pool area for up to eight hours. You can make a whole day out of it if you’d like, especially since Nautilus is open from 11am until 7pm.
When it comes to the food menu, think decadent Moreton bay bug rolls and Hiramasa kingfish ceviche.
For tipples, you can’t go past the Amalfi spritz cocktails such as the Limoncello or Hugo Malfy Spritz. Classic Piña coladas are also available, because well, is it even summer without them?
If you’d like to elevate your experience, hire a super chic private cabana for $239, which comes complete with a seafood platter and bottle of Rosé.
