On Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27 don’t miss out on this truly must-visit event to find, trade and sell everything to complete your unique collection. And it goes beyond that, from live card breaks and treasure hunts to rare coin dips and exclusive brand activations, CollectFest also gives attendees the opportunity to collect engaging and exciting experiences!
The massive festival will be divided into several different areas, each with unique themes and shows going on. First up, the Main Stage, which will feature UNLCKD — the ultimate collectables subscription service, with everything from trading cards to sneakers to memorabilia — having interesting chats about the Australian collectables market, hosted by Miss World Australia, Jasmine Stringer.
The world’s most famous e-retailer will also have a spot at CollectFest, with eBay offering exclusive rewards with their Collector’s Club Passport: Grab your passport at the eBay stand and explore the show floor, earning a stamp for every eBay purchase. The more you collect, the more prizes you’ll unlock!
If you like to put your collections to the test, pay a visit to the TCG Tournament Zone! Shuffle, play, and compete all weekend long, with Pokémon tournaments happening on Saturday and Once Piece TCG battles on Sunday! Plus, drop in anytime for freeplay sessions featuring fan favourites like Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Pokémon, and One Piece. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is your battleground.
If you’re a sporty nerd — a rare, but not impossible, combo — the live 3-Point Contest is calling your name. Hit 5 three-pointers in a row to win an instant prize, or go all out and sink 10 in a row to take home a grand prize!
Gamers, there’s something for you too. If you’re an OG fan, Nintendo Downunder is the area of your retro dreams with unbelievable treasures from private collections that are the stuff of legend on display. And, if comic books are more your speed, you’ll have the opportunity to meet Marcelo Baez, celebrated artist whose work has graced the pages of Marvel and other major publishers around the world, and even have the chance to win a CollectFest-exclusive comic book cover if you have a VIP ticket!
