Brisbane hasn’t got a shortage of amazing restaurants. But it’s not every day you see a bus repurposed into a fine dining suite. This is where Da Biuso comes to play.
After the first-of-its-kind concept was announced last year (which had us unduly curious, to say the least), the fine dining bus finally opened its doors in March this year, where it’s been sat at Ascot Green since.
Come August 3, though, the bus will move to its second destination: by the riverside in Hamilton.
The coach has been fully fitted with restaurant-style tables and only seats 12 at a time, creating a truly intimate dining experience.
With a new location comes a new menu, too, consisting of seven delectable courses. Think cured ocean trout served with a lemon mustard sauce, green herb oil and mini courgettes, risotto with Carnaroli rice infused with pickled beetroot juice and veal ossobuco, as well as corn-fed chicken served with an Etna Rosso sauce, sugarloaf cabbage and a chickpea polenta.

You can also add on paired Italian wines to your dining experience from a list exclusively curated and sourced for Da Biuso.
The idea with Da Biusco is that, while it stays parked for the duration of the dining experience, it will eventually relocate to new locations.

The bus can also be hired for private events.
