When it comes to unique Airbnb stays, Australia certainly isn’t lacking. But we’ve never seen one that includes its own skatepark. Australian BMX legend Logan Martin, who made history by becoming the first-ever Olympic champion in BMX freestyle at Tokyo 2020, is opening the doors to his stunning Gold Coast house for one lucky group of four – and yes, you’ll have full access to the champion rider’s private, Olympic-sized skatepark.
Not only does the one-off experience include a four-night stay in the three-bedroom home – which also boasts a sun-drenched swimming pool and putting green – but you’ll also meet with Logan for a special one-on-one BMX session and get a close look at his impressive display of memorabilia, including trophies and medals from his BMX achievements.
Despite the impressive amenities, this is one stay that won’t break the bank. In fact, this will likely be the cheapest Airbnb you’ve ever stayed in, with a price of only $16 per night.
That said, there will only be one lucky group selected, so competition for the stay is set to be fierce.
The once-in-a-lifetime experience for BMX lovers will take place on the last weekend of the school holidays, from September 30 to October 3.
Booking requests open on Tuesday, September 12 at 9am AEST, with the stay taking place from September 30 to October 3.
