Having shared stages with iconic artists such as Maggie Rogers and Post Malone, there’s no doubt that Mallrat has cemented herself as a rising star in the Australian music scene. In June, the electro-pop princess will return to her hometown of Brisbane with the catchy melodies and honest lyrics we know and love.
The upcoming event on June 27 is a segment of Smirnoff Future Fresh, a project led by Mallrat and fellow celebrated Aussie artists Genesis Owusu and Young Franco. Its mission is to bolster budding Australian talents.
After conducting a nationwide search, Mallrat has personally selected two emerging artists – Annie Hamilton and MOZË – to join her as supporting acts at the Smirnoff Future Fresh event in Brisbane. Annie Hamilton brings her cascading, ethereal vocals and expansive instrumentation to the stage, whereas MOZË is all about imaginative melodic adventures.
Alongside securing a Future Fresh support slot, Annie Hamilton and MOZË will score industry mentoring provided by Secret Sounds Co-CEOs Jessica Ducrou and Paul Piticco, a performance fee for their participation in the Future Fresh gig, and additional advertising support.
Best of all, tickets are only $24.90 per person, so gather the gang for an awesome night of live music in Brisbane.
