Each Mindful Glow candlelit experience is 75 minutes long, and you can choose between an 8:30am, 10:30am and 1:30pm session. Blankets will be available to use for maximum comfort and you can bring your own yoga mat to the session. You can also rent a mat for an additional cost upon purchasing your ticket.
