Netflix is bringing the goods in the coming year — even if it doesn’t end up buying Warner Bros. — with its jam-packed line-up of thrillers, classics, gripping documentaries and more. Highlights include Emily Henry’s People We Meet on Vacation, the next Bridgerton instalment and the long-awaited season 2 of BEEF. Here’s everything that’s coming to Netflix Australia in 2026.
January
- January 9: People We Meet on Vacation — A highly anticipated romcom based on the novel by Emily Henry about two best friends navigating their feelings for each other throughout the years, starring Emily Bader, Tom Blyth, and Sarah Catherine Hook.
- January 15: Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials — Based on one of the Queen of Mystery’s famous whodunnits, this new three-part mini-series stars Mia McKenna-Bruce, Martin Freeman, and Helena Bonham Carter.
- January 16: The Rip — Classic duo Ben Affleck and Matt Damon headline this action thriller in which a group of Miami cops discovers a stash of millions in cash, leaving everyone involved questioning who they can trust.
- January 29: Bridgerton (Season 4, part 1) — The time has finally come for the third Bridgerton man, Benedict (Luke Thompson) to meet his match in Sophie Beckett (Yerin Ha).
February
- February 1: How To Get To Heaven From Belfast — This mystery-related limited series comes from the creator of Derry Girls, so we already know our sides will hurt from laughing.
- February 26: Bridgerton (Season 4, part 2) — We’re sure part one will have left us on the edge of our seats.
March
- March 10: One Piece (Season 2) — The live-action Netflix adaptation of the beloved anime will be back with fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet.
- TBD: Virgin River (Season 7) — This Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson-starred ensemble romance is still going strong in its seventh season, with plenty of dramatic twists to explore.
April
- TBD: Beauty in Black (Season 2, part 2) — Tyler Perry’s drama series about two very different women whose paths cross is coming back sometime in April.
- TBD: Running Point (Season 2) — Kate Hudson’s hilarious sports comedy series will have a second season and it will also drop in April.
May
- TBD: BEEF (Season 2) — The critically-acclaimed anthology series will be back next year, starring Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton, and Cailee Spaeny.

- Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew — This film will be coming to our screens in December 2026. This will be the first instalment in the series based on the beloved C. S. Lewis books, directed by Greta Gerwig.
- Animals — A Ben Affleck and Gillian Anderson-billed action movie about dirty politics, we’re ready to be blown away by these two any time!

- Remarkably Bright Creatures — A lonely aquarium janitor bonds with the resident octopus in this Sally Field-led adaptation of the Shelby Van Pelt novel.
- Roommates — A comedy that’ll surely have us rolling on the floor, it stars heavy-hitters like Sadie Sandler, Sarah Sherman, Natasha Lyonne and Nick Kroll.
