One Fish Two Fish is all about the oysters this August.
When it comes to seafood, One Fish Two Fish know what they’re doing. They also know that we like oysters, so to celebrate National Oyster Day they’re throwing a frenzy across the entire weekend.
If you remember, this isn’t the first time they have done an oyster frenzy special. And if you didn’t know, then you’re about to find out that you’re in for a treat because One Fish Two Fish doesn’t just shuck a dozen oysters onto a plate and serve it with lemon and a glass of wine. While that’s still class and we love our oysters au natural, this oyster feast is a six-course affair.
To begin, your oysters come natural but are served with a bit of lemon and Tabasco for a bit of bite. Then, they come with a squid ink tempura-batter followed by a serving of tarragon and garlic butter pangrattato oysters.
Course three is an oak-aged chardonnay mignonette granita while course four is a three-cheese baked melt-in-your-mouth treat. To finish, your oysters are served with Limoncello and finger lime caviar.
Oyster Frenzy will be taking over One Fish Two Fish for dinner on Thursday 5 August as well as lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 6-8.
All of this can be yours for just $69 per person, but if you want it, you’ll need to book ahead. Otherwise, you’re likely to miss out.
