We love our rooftop bars here in Brisbane, which means we can never really have enough of them, right? To add to the list, we have Soko Rooftop in Fortitude Valley, which has just opened above the Jubilee Hotel.
Dine inside with the lush green interiors, or soak up the sunlight on the balcony under the striped umbrellas. Fourteen storeys high means glorious cityscape views. But that’s not the only thing Soko is serving up.
Treat your taste buds to a delicious range of Peruvian Japanese cuisine, including sushi, mushroom ceviche, bao buns, and Wagyu rib eye.
On the drinks menu, you’ll find plenty of sake, signature cocktails, as well as a whopping 40 pisco sours to choose from.
Speaking of cocktails, Soko has teamed up with the One Tree Planted charity, a not-for-profit organisation that supports reforestation of the Amazon rainforest. Out of every Akuma Jungle cocktail purchased, Soko will donate $1 of the profit to plant trees.
Soko Rooftop is brought to us by the team behind Lina Rooftop, Evita Restaurant & Bar, and Mina in Bulimba.
If you’re looking for somewhere new to try with the gang, this new rooftop bar is definitely one to check out.
