What is “Ballet of Lights”?
Being one of Tchaikovsky’s most famous works, you might have seen different versions of The Sleeping Beauty ballet. Yet, Ballet of Lights flips the script on the traditional art form, adding new features and layers to enhance the overall experience. Introducing fibre optic lights that are sewn into the dancers’ costumes, every graceful glide and effortless pirouette is transformed into an ethereal movement, making for a more heightened and accessible performance.

The Sleeping Beauty ballet is everlasting for a reason. It tells an enchanting story through music and dance. The ballet dancers almost become living characters on stage, conveying a range of feelings and emotions through their precise movements.
At Ballet of Lights, the show uses original music and choreography as well as fibre optic lights to make the story easily understandable and simultaneously add depth and context to each scene. Together, these elements create a mesmerising performance, where every leap and arabesque breathes new life into the iconic fairy tale.

There are two performances on each evening at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm and dates open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.
