Carseldine Markets is bringing a piece of European winter to us here in Brisbane. This July, head northside for an evening of fantastic street food, drinks, and entertainment.
Carseldine Wintertide Wonderland will pop up on Dorville Road for one night only: Saturday, July 27 from 4pm to 10pm.
Come for sunset and enjoy golden hour as the bonfires are lit and the crisp winter night begins. Live music will soundtrack the evening across two stages, so there’s bound to be a tune you can groove to. It’s Saturday night after all.
Let the festoon lights lead you down a path to more than 250 stalls selling local, handmade goodies and seasonal treats.
You’ll be spoiled for choice from the slew of food trucks on-sites, including comfort food from The Tibetan Kitchen, hearty slow-cooked meats from Mr. Pulled Slow Cooked Meats, authentic Taiwanese pancakes from the team at Super Flaky, and plenty more.
Be sure to stop by the Swiss Alps Pop-Up Bar to get a heartwarming cup of Glühwein (mulled wine) and relax by a bonfire, keeping your eyes peeled for roving entertainment such as stilt walkers and fire twirlers.
Entry to the market is $3 and there’s free parking onsite.
