Put your cowboy boots and hat on, because a toe tappin’, bull ridin’ watering hole is coming soon, bringing live music, a Wild West ambiance, and even a bucking bull to the Sunshine Coast!
Coyote Roadhouse is inspired by the spirit of an American roadhouse and its laid-back cowboy attitude will make it your go-to destination for a themed night out! The menu is also Southern-inspired, with smokehouse-style pub favourites like stacked burgers, loaded share plates, wings, and more, plus drinks that will make you feel like you just walked into a saloon.
The décor will also transport you, bringing to mind outback and rodeo culture, thanks to the smell of worn leather, chairs upholstered in cowhide, the use reclaimed timber and corrugated metal and, of course, mounted horns, vintage signage, and old rodeo photos and memorabilia.
The spacious venue, dreamed up by Foxy Malone’s Irish Pub owners Hallmark Hospitality, will offer two stages for live music that will have you jammin’ all night, not to mention country-themed pinball machines, pool tables, arcade games, interactive darts for up to six players, and the Sunshine Coast’s first bucking bull!

Can’t wait to bring out your inner cowboy or cowgirl? Well, you’re in luck because we don’t have long to wait! Coyote’s Roadhouse will start slingin’ beers on Friday, September 25 from 9pm.
Even if you miss the grand opening, the party will continue on Saturday, with live music and drinks that will have you hootin’ and hollerin’!
