The walk-in-only bar has been decked out with the necessary French Riviera-inspired striped umbrellas, classy outdoor decor and furniture as well as shaded cabanas making it the perfect place to catch the last of Brisbane’s summer sunsets in style.
The Moët & Chandon bar will be serving up some of the best drops the French champagne house have to offer with Impérial, Rosé and Ice Impérial (the first champagne designed to be served over ice) flowing over the course of the weekend. But if bubbles aren’t for you, the Saint-Tropez Sunsets bar will also have bottles from France’s best wine regions like Provence rosé, Sancerre, Chablis and Beaujolais.
Come the weekend, it will be time to kick back and toast the end of the Australian summer as if we were lounging on some Mediterranean beach. Escapism is bliss.
For when you’re hungry, Customs House’s bug croissant has also been made over as a brioche lobster roll topped with dill and salmon pearls! There will also be fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with goat cheese on the menu as well as Hervey Bay scallops with vanilla cauliflower and a chorizo crumb. Mmmm, delicious!
With sweeping river views, St Tropez Sunsets will be Brisbane’s newest staycay destination bar for this weekend and every other until it disappears. Soak up the elegance, vibrance and glamour of the French Riviera by the Brisbane River from 3pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
