On Thursday 3 September 2026, Funlab is bringing its annual Day of Fun back to Queensland for its milestone 10th year, with selected activities available from just $5. That means you can spend the day bowling, putting, gaming, playing darts, racing through laser tag and tackling immersive challenges without the usual price tag, all while helping raise money for headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Whether you’re the competitive one who absolutely needs to win at mini golf, the friend who lives for arcade games or the person who is always up for trying something new, there’s plenty to get excited about. Participating venues across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast will be getting in on the action, and with Funlab chasing its biggest fundraising target yet, every booking can help make a real difference.

Participating venues can be found across Bowen Hills, Brisbane City, Chermside, Fortitude Valley and Mt Gravatt, with the wider Queensland celebration also reaching the Sunshine Coast. You can tee off for nine holes of mini-golf at Holey Moley, hit the bowling lanes at Strike, chase a high score at Archie Brothers tackle a Hijinx Hotel mission, play laser tag or spend 60 minutes throwing darts at selected venues. For something extra, escape rooms are $10 and karaoke is $20.

Day of Fun has become one of Funlab’s biggest fundraising moments, raising more than $1.7 million for Headspace since 2017. Now, for its 10th anniversary, Funlab is going all in with a target of $300,000, which would push the total raised through the partnership beyond $2 million. So get your friends, family or colleagues together, enjoy some of Brisbane’s favourite activities for less and put your day out towards a cause that supports young people across Australia!
