We gin-uinely have the best news! The Brisbane Gin Festival is returning for a fifth year, and it’ll be better than ever, taking place in the Brisbane Showgrounds Exhibition Building.
Get in the spirit because you’re in for a weekend of exploration, with over 40 of Australia’s best distillers showcasing their most delicious and innovative creations. Eleven of the distillers are even making their festival debut, so you’ll be first in lime— err, line!
When it comes to these festival novices, visitors can look forward to tasting creations from Burly Distillery, Temple of Juniper, Hunchy Hills Distillery, Hepburn Distillery, Turner Stillhouse, Metcalf Distilleries, Sip & Banter Distillery, Willing Distillery, Western Queensland Spirit, Liquidus Distillery, and more, with beloved local distillery Nosferatu returning for yet another edition.

What to expect
Each ticket includes complimentary Long Rays tonic and soda, which is the perfect pairing for the 3-hour gin tasting session, branded tasting cup and non-woven tote bag! The festival will also have a selection of food vendors, ensuring there are plenty of delicious bites to enjoy throughout the event.
During the festival itself, you can join one of the free 10-15 minute sessions at the Taste Theatre, an engaging space where distillers and experts will share their insights into the world of spirits and mixers, take matters into your hands with the Nosferatu or Prohibition Liquor Co Masterclasses and create your own signature blend to take home and, of course, gindulge in the amazing tasting sessions!
