On Sunday 16 May, the insanely popular Fun Cha series of lunches returns with a multi-course menu featuring the beloved condiment. From the first plate to the last as well as adding a dose of Sriracha to the cocktail of the day, this is one special lunch that Sriracha fiends and fanatics—we know you exist—can not miss.
To begin, diners will be treated to a sweet Sriracha sauce that will be added on top of a potato rosti with crème fraîche before moving onto the second of six dishes—a Sriracha-spiced tuna tartare cone.
Next up is a Sriracha mayonnaise prawn san choi bao, which looks absolutely delicious, and a lap cheong hot dog with sriracha mustard that will really intensify the flavours on the plate.
Lunch will then wrap up with BBQ pork ribs in sriracha honey and karaage-style quail in a sriracha glaze but as you make your way through the meal, you’ll be sipping on a Sriracha Bloody Mary.
If you think you can handle all of that Sriracha, then you best get to booking a table at Hello Please because this is another Sunday Fun Cha lunch that will fill up quick. Luckily, there are two lunch seatings on May 16 at 12pm and then at 2:30pm, with the cost just $60 per person. As this is a special lunch, no dietary changes can be made.
