Jetstar has entered into a new partnership with Brisbane Airport, bringing with it some exciting ventures for international travel, including new direct flight routes to look forward to.
As part of the new deal, Jetstar is rolling out three new direct flight routes from Brisbane, starting with Tokyo on October 31, followed by Osaka and Seoul in February 2024.
Jetstar has become the first low-cost airline to fly Brisbane to Tokyo, and now that the direct flight route has opened, it’s quicker and cheaper than ever for us to jet off to Japan with Jetstar.
One-way fares from Brisbane to Tokyo currently start at $425, whereas flights to Osaka begin at $363, and Brisbane to Seoul from $329.
In addition to the new flight routes, Jetstar will also run more frequent services between Brisbane and Bali as well as Brisbane to Auckland.
“We know cost of living is a huge issue right now so the injection of thousands of low-cost seats into the market is very welcome at a time when every dollar counts,” said Brisbane Airport CEO, Mr de Graaff.
So if you were thinking of jetting off overseas to a budget-friendly destination, this could be your chance to snag a cheap fare from Brisbane.
