There Is A Martini Trolley In Town And It’s Putting On A Gintastic Show At This Valley Bar

The Martini Trolley is more than just cocktails, it’s a theatrical experience.

The Parlour in Fortitude Valley is known for its cocktails. Curated by the team at Sydney’s Maybe Sammy, the world’s 11th best bar, they are playful, multi-sensorial and a joy to watch and taste. They are, however, made on the other side of the bar. That is until the Martini Trolley pulls up at your table and you get to see the show up close.

Reserve the Martini Trolley Experience for two or four people through Fever and receive a complimentary cheese and charcuterie board plus your martini of choice.

Joining forces with Sipsmith London, a young but trailblazing distiller, The Parlour has created the ultimate martini trolley complete with built-in chilling methods and unique glassware. It is also obviously stocked with varieties of Sipsmith gin as well as all the necessary tools and ingredients to make a fantastic drink.

At the helm of the trolley will be one of The Parlour’s talented mixologists prepped and ready shake, stir and pour your choice of one of five martinis from the special Sipsmith menu.

Will you embody The Refined Australian after sipping on the delicious mix of London Dry Gin with an Australian vermouth blend,  toasted macadamia and wattle seed with black walnut bitters, lemon zest and macadamia praline? Or, do you prefer your gin with ginger-infused Pimms No.1, quince juice, orange bitters and orange zest instead?

Sipsmith has also crafted a Sloe gin which you can taste with charred pineapple, Pierre Ferrand orange curaçao and Peychaude’s bitters for a distinct and flavourful sip while vodka lovers can order the vesper martini. If you’ve always wanted to say that famous James Bond line, then pick the classic and the drink will be tailored to your specifications.

To ensure a well-rounded evening of drinks, book through Fever and receive a complimentary cheese and charcuterie board to nibble on. You’ll also get marinated olives and a polaroid pictures of your Martini Trolley Experience plus, of course, the martini of your choice to sip included in the price.

The Martini Trolley Experience takes place from Wednesday to Saturday with bookings for either two or four people from 5pm onwards.
