Banjo’s Bakery Café isn’t an amateur when it comes to serving up uniquely delicious mashups of Aussie food favourites. From this bakery chain, we’ve seen lasagne pies, spaghetti bolognese pies, double cheeseburger pies, chicken parmi pies, as well as bangers and mash pies. Now, Banjo’s has launched its newest creation: the Meatball Pie.
This pie and pasta hybrid is filled with tender spaghetti, zesty Italian sauce, three tasty meatballs, melted cheese and parsley all cocooned within Banjo’s signature pie pastry.
The Meatball Pie is available for $8.95 a pop at all Banjo’s venues across Australia from Wednesday, May 15 until Wednesday, June 26.
Around Brisbane, you can find stores in Darra, Burpengary, Park Ridge, Redcliffe and Cleveland. Then in Victoria, pie lovers can try it in Mornington, Traralgon, and Mildura. There’s also a store in Glendale, New South Wales.
Over the years, Banjo’s crazy pie creations have been a huge hit, so we think it’s safe to say that their newest will be no different.
