Say cheese! Australia’s largest cheese festival is coming back this year, taking over Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Mould: A Cheese Festival is promising a delightfully mature and smelly line-up, with around 30 cheese producers to discover. Explore textured and earthy flavours, raw milk varieties and more types of delicious homegrown cheese. Mould will take over John Reid Pavilion at Brisbane Showgrounds from May 12 – 14.
Mould: A Cheese Festival
This un-brie-lievable cheese festival has delighted Australians since 2017. Presented by Revel, the team behind Pinot Palooza, this festival delivered one million samples of cheese across the three cities last year.
Although the full cheese line-up hasn’t been announced yet, you can expect cheese from the best artisan producers around the country. Pair your cheese with olives, butter and smallgoods, and indulge in cheese-focused dishes from local cheesemongers and chefs.
There will also be plenty to drink from the Mould bar, including vodka, gin, wine, beer, cider, cocktails and sake.
