Tickets are now on sale for Brisbane’s Murder Mystery: Wedding Murder at High Church in Fortitude Valley, where the most coveted celebration of the year has been rocked by a homicide. To uncover the truth you will need to inspect the venue, question the guests and collect the clues before your name pops up as a suspect on the list of possible murderers.
Jasmine Portia is finally getting married. The heiress to the wealthiest and most influential family in Brisbane, the Lancasters, is soon-to-be walking down the aisle to marry the man of her dreams. However, just before the music plays a dreaded sound is heard and all the guests turn and look around the room.
As the news of what’s been found makes its way through the pews, guests on both sides of the church begin to speculate what happened, what’s going on and what’s going to happen next. Rumours spread and the wedding party is out of sorts. But, not everyone in attendance is surprised that there has been a murder in the church on this particular day.
Participants at Brisbane’s Murder Mystery can expect a much more mysterious and much more immersive whodunit game than any other previous edition. At High Church, wedding guests will need to explore the foyer, the al fresco area and multiple points inside the nave including the altar—everybody, including the priest, is a suspect.
Murder Mystery Brisbane is a fun experience for all ages, although children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Gather your friends and your family for an entertaining night out where your smarts will be put to the test.
The 90-minute interactive experience takes place on various Thursdays and Fridays from August2022. Tickets start at around $60.
