The wait is over and the second of Kangaroo Point Bridge’s dining venues opens its doors today, Thursday, February 20 at 11am!
Following closely on casual eatery Mulga Bill’s heels, Stilts Dining will offer world-class dining and a new vantage point to experience Brisbane City — literally, with its traditional Queenslander exterior perched high upon the river, awarding diners with 180-degree views of iconic Brisbane landmarks including the Story Bridge, City Botanical Gardens and Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
The menu will be just as much a celebration of Queensland as the venue itself, bringing the region to your plate with options that showcase the finest Australian steak and seafood with premium, locally sourced ingredients. In fact, with Brisbane’s first live Moreton Bay Bug tank, as well as Tassis Group’s signature live lobster and oyster tanks, the seafood could hardly get fresher.
The restaurant’s attention to detail is nowhere more present than its dishes, and some of the ones that caught our eye include a Wagyu steak served with pea purée and a handmade Wagyu beef dumpling, an upscale surf and turf featuring sirloin and swordfish steak, and a decadent dark chocolate mousse for dessert.
You can further elevate your dining experience with their considerable drinks menu, which contains a wine list of over 180 options, not to mention the usual selection of beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, so everyone will be spoiled for choice!
With all of this, Stilts Dining is poised to become a landmark upon a landmark, so get ready to make some memories because reservations are now open.
