West End Markets’ most anticipated event of the year is almost here, and it’ll take you on a journey through the mysterious magic of winter and the solstice. This June, head west for an evening of fantastic street food, drinks, and entertainment.
Come in the early evening and cosy up around crackling bonfires as the crisp winter night begins. But just because it’s chilly, it doesn’t mean it won’t be a high-energy event! Live music will pulse through the evening, so there’s bound to be a tune you can groove to as the perfect end to the week, and the start of the weekend!
Let the twinkling lights lead you down a path to more than 150 stalls bursting with Brisbane’s best street food and artisan finds. You’ll be spoiled for choice from the slew of food trucks on-sites, as well as local finds, handcrafted treasures, unique gifts, and something special for every kind of market lover!
Be sure to stop by the Pop-Up Bar to get a heartwarming cup of Glühwein (mulled wine) and craft beers, and relax by a bonfire, keeping your eyes peeled for roving entertainment such as fire twirlers and other roving performers.

The West End Solstice Market will take place on Friday, June 19 from 4pm to 10pm, and entry is free!
Parking can be limited. Souths Leagues Club has $5 parking available at the Jane St entrance, but we recommend taking public transport or other alternative means.
