These school holidays, you’ve got a friend in Westfield! Toy Story fans of all ages will get to enjoy an unmissable line up of activities and immersive experiences at Westfields all over Queensland to celebrate the release of Toy Story 5 on June 18.
Join Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and friends for a huge lineup of fun, free activities for the young and young at heart. Families and fans of all ages can try their hand at Mr or Mrs Potato Head-inspired craft, a LEGO Play Zone featuring Blaze’s Horse Ranch and the Toy Story Celebration Train, or engage in interactive toy play with Buzz & Woody Interactables Playscale talking figures.
If you’re a Westfield member, you’re in luck! You can experience even more fun with themed face painting inspired by your favourite characters, and complimentary Woody, Buzz Lightyear or Jessie character-inspired headbands. Plus, little space rangers can soar through the centre by redeeming their own pair of Buzz Lightyear wings, or a Toy Story LED snap–band.
Every location will have hands-on activity stations bringing the imaginative world of Woody, Buzz, and friends to life, packed with fun crafts including making your own Forky and Slinky Dog, as well as personalised bucket hats and tote bags with Toy Story iron on patches and coloured markers.
There’s also centre-specific activities, such as a Buzz and Woody meet-and-greet at Westfield Carindale! From Saturday, June 27 until Friday, July 10, you can book a spot to say ‘howdy’ and ‘greetings’ to your favourite cowboy and spaceman for only $5, with all proceeds going to Save the Children!
Or, if immersion is more your speed, at Westfield Chermside you can step inside the Toy Story Tales pod for a fun, animated adventure with content from Disney+ series ‘Forky Asks A Question’ from Sunday, June 26 to Thursday, July 9, from 10am to 2pm.
