If you’re already counting down to summer, here’s another date to lock into the calendar. Wildlands Festival is returning to the Brisbane Showgrounds on Thursday, December 31, transforming New Year’s Eve into an all-day celebration packed with some of the biggest names in music across the globe.. This year’s lineup is led by global dance superstar John Summit, UK grime heavyweight Skepta, KI/KI, Disco Lines and the Australian-exclusive debut of drum and bass phenomenon WORSHIP. It’s one of the festival’s biggest lineups yet, and tickets have officially landed!
Wildlands has built a reputation for delivering lineups that mix some of the biggest names in dance music with artists shaping the genre’s future, and this year’s edition continues that tradition. Dutch rave favourite KI/KI returns to Australia alongside acclaimed UK duo Overmono, jungle trailblazer Nia Archives, house hitmaker Disco Lines, hard house star Hannah Laing, plus Funk Tribu, Ewan McVicar, Hamdi, Layton Giordani, Lens, Anetha B2B SPFDJ, Dean Turnley and plenty more. Then there’s WORSHIP, bringing together Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock and 1991 for an Australian-exclusive performance that drum and bass fans have been waiting years to see.
The festival experience itself is also getting an upgrade, with redesigned stages across the site. The Sahara Stage returns as an open-air dancefloor built for summer afternoons and sunset sets, while the Summit Stage once again transforms into a massive tented arena with live production woven throughout. And brand new for 2026, The Wilds Stage gives fans the rare opportunity to stand on stage alongside the DJs, creating one of the most intimate viewing experiences at the festival. Add VIP upgrades, food vendors and the electric atmosphere of New Year’s Eve, and Brisbane is set for one enormous celebration.
As the countdown to midnight gets closer, Wildlands is once again shaping up to be one of Brisbane’s biggest parties of the year.
