Winter-themed pop ups are aplenty in Brisbane. Customs House has its igloo dining on the waterfront, there’s a festive Christmas in July Market coming to this northside. And now, we have a new dining experience on Lina Rooftop in South Brisbane. This Winter Pop Up Igloo Dining gives you the chance to luxe out this season.
From Wednesday, July 13, you’ll be able to enjoy the cityscape with a side of grazing boards, tacos, sliders, and cocktails. There will also be DJs to soundtrack your evening, as well as a heated pool experience, just in case you wanted to lap up the night like a VIP.
This unique dining experience is perfect as a treat for a double date night, or an intimate gathering with your gang. It’ll have you feeling like you’ve escaped the city without actually doing so, especially once you’re inside the igloo.
Food package options include a grazing board packed with cured meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, dried fruit, nuts, and bread. Or, if you’re feeling like something to warm you up a little more, you can opt for a calamari and arancini plate to share.
Each standard includes one welcome drink per person, which includes a beer, wine, espresso martini, or Aperol spritz. Or if you’re living large with the VIP option, you’ll be tucking into eggplant tacos, pulled pork sliders, and more.
Winter Pop Up Igloo Dining @ Lina Rooftop is welcoming guests from Wednesday until Sunday from July 13.
