Ghanem Group Hospitality, best known for vibrant Vietnamese restaurant Lúc Lāc at Queens Wharf, the revamped Byblós at Portside Wharf, and more, are gearing up to launch a sophisticated, family-friendly, large-format restaurant and bar — Alfi Eatery & Bar.
Located in Park Lane at Everton Plaza, the restaurant is set to open in mid-2026, bringing an elevated yet approachable Mediterranean feel to other areas of our city. Alfi’s light-filled 350-seat venue will feature a large open kitchen, and an impressive U-shaped bar that flows out to a spacious 200-seat lush al fresco courtyard, bringing the airiness of the coast into the space.
Taking inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, the interior will have a soft, neutral palette of light wood, Italian marble and pastel upholstery, with curved ceiling features and comfortable booths with curtains for private dining, alongside regular and communal tables, and bar seating. This all comes together to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A picturesque patio and the courtyard help to evoke a relaxed Mediterranean ambience.
Alfi will be Everton Plaza’s largest food and beverage venue – making it a prime spot for group gatherings, family nights out, and big celebrations.

Although the both the food and drinks menus and TBA, we know two things: they will be Italian-centred and, if the Group’s other venues are anything to go by, they will be buonissimi!
