Off the back(paw) of a successful event in Melbourne last year, The Cat Lovers Festival is coming to Brisbane in 2024, with plenty of kitty-themed attractions to look forward to.
The inaugural Brisbane Cat Lovers Festival will pop up at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10.
While puss-parents can’t bring their own cats to the festival, you can expect plenty of themed events over the weekend as you celebrate your love for all things feline — whether it be meeting over 250 cats at the Breed Showcase, heading to the WHISKAS stage to watch cat-focused educational talks and programs from some of Australia’s most trusted animal experts, or getting a selfie at the neon glitter wall.
Don’t forget to spoil your puss with a present from the on-site kitty supermarket, which will be packed with hundreds of exhibitors selling everything from treats to services, and exclusive festival specials.
Food and drinks options for humans will be available at the festival too.
Tickets cost $29.50 for adults and $15.50 for kids, with an option for discounted family tickets.
Those who love puppies equally, there’s the Brisbane Dog Lovers Festival happening next door at the same time, and your ticket to Brisbane Cat Lovers Festival will get you free entry to that as well.
