For the fur-st time in six years, Dog Lovers Festival is coming back to Brisbane, with an array of themed attractions to look forward to.
Dog Lovers Festival will pop up at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10.
While pup parents can’t bring their own dogs to the festival, there are plenty of events where you can celebrate your love for all things canine — whether it be meeting over 400 dogs at the Pat-A-Pooch Zone, heading to the ADVANCE Stage to spot influencer dogs on the runway, or catching a show from farmer Dave Graham and his impressive high-jumping dogs at the VitaPet Arena.
You can also watch doggos launch themselves off a raised dock into a 100,000-litre pool and visit the PEDIGREE Adoption Zone if you’ve been thinking about finding a new family member.
Don’t forget to spoil your furry friend with a present from the on-site dog expo, which will be packed with exhibitors selling everything from treats to accessories. Think luxe bedding, doggie cologne, K9 cookies and custom collars, to name a few.
Food and drinks options for humans will be available at the festival too.
Tickets cost $29.50 for adults and $15.50 for kids, with an option for discounted family tickets.
For those who love kitties equally, there’s the Cat Lovers Festival happening next door at the same time, and your ticket to Brisbane Dog Lovers Festival will get you free entry to that as well.
