Ed Sheeran lit up Sydney this past weekend, bringing his Loop Tour to Accor Stadium for a string of shows, before heading to Brisbane and delighting us with shows on Friday, February 20, Saturday, February 21 and Sunday February 22, and then moving on to Melbourne and Adelaide.
The chart-topping British singer-songwriter is known for packing his setlists with a blend of old and new hits, heartfelt ballads and high-energy numbers, and fans can expect much of the same as part of the Brisbane shows. Who are Ed Sheeran’s supporting acts in Australia?
A trio of artists will warm up the crowd before Sheeran takes the stage, including Aussie singer-songwriter Vance Joy, pop artist Mia Wray and Dublin-born musician Aaron Rowe.
Doors are scheduled to open from 5pm for the first show, with support acts taking to the stage in the early evening. Sheeran is expected to hit the stage around 8pm, but arriving early is your safest bet if you don’t want to miss a moment. Missed out on tickets? Getting there
The concerts are taking place at Suncorp Stadium. All tickets provide you with free public transport from 12pm on the day of the show you’re attending, and the best stations to get off at are Milton or Roma Street, or you can get a special event shuttle from the CBD.
