Ichiban Sushi’s third sushi-train restaurant has opened.
Although a new look, Ichiban Sushi’s West Village venue keeps the much-loved sushi train feature where you can gather around and start accumulating as many plates of sushi as you possibly can. From Nigiri to Aburi and the cone-shaped Temaki, you won’t be going hungry.
Besides, once you tire of sushi you can turn to Ichiban’s range of other delights including their karaage chicken volcano roll, chicken katsu curry, and prawn tempura udon noodle soup. Or, pick up one of their many bento boxes.
While Ichiban Sushi has also upgraded its liquor licence for their new West Village venue, meaning you can stay longer and keep on drinking a Japanese or local brew, they haven’t gotten rid of their BYO service. So, take along your favourite drink or order from the bar and watch the sushi train go round and round.
The family-owned business uses the highest quality produce and the freshest seafood and meats for their dishes and joins Beirut Bazaar and Cheeky Poké in Brisbane’s newest dining precinct.
Providing an authentic dining experience, Ichiban Sushi West Village is open 7 days a week from 10:30a-9pm.
