Monthly specials at Lune Croissanterie
January at Lune sees a nostalgic childhood favourite hit the menu. Relive the carefree days of youth with a refreshing Iced Vovo Cruffin. This pastry is piped with a dual filling of raspberry cream and coconut custard. After that, it’s dipped in a raspberry glaze and sprinkled with coconut.
It’s available in-store from South Brisbane, Fitzroy, Armadale, as well as online from South Brisbane.

- Spanakopita – This escargot is inspired by the iconic Greek pastry. It’s filled with a spinach, ricotta and feta mix, seasoned with lemon and herbs. Available in-store for all locations. Also available online from South Brisbane and Burnett Lane.
- Mixed Berry Danish – Enjoy the taste of summer with flavoursome berries. Lune’s blind baked Danish pastry is filled with raspberry jam, olive oil cake and basil-infused crème patisserie. It’s topped with fresh raspberries, blackberries and strawberries, which have all been sprinkled with basil sugar.

A circular pastry is filled with their classic cake mix and a rum-roasted pineapple mix. After baking, it’s sealed with a sweet pineapple glaze.

- Bienenstich – this popular twice baked croissant is back. It’s filled with honey almond frangipane and vanilla crème patisserie. Then, it’s topped with honey almonds and a slice of raw honey.
Available in-store from Fitzroy, Armadale and South Brisbane. Available online from South Brisbane. - Coconut Rough – this cult classic is the original Lune pain au chocolat. It’s twice backed with a coconut chocolate frangipane, then topped with large coconut flakes and chocolate drizzle.
