Satisfy your sweet tooth with a toasted marshmallow cruffin. This drool-worthy creation is dusted in Marie biscuit sugar, filled with chocolate fudge sauce and toasted marshmallow whip, then finished with strawberry sherbet, more marshmallow whip and mini marshmallows.

- Anzak Ka – perfect when paired with a cuppa, this Kouign Amann is crafted using a layer of Anzac biscuit dough, then baked to perfection in a blend of butter, sugar, and a touch of salt, resulting in a tasty caramelised crunch.

- The Shaker Lemon Pie – find fillings of macerated lemon frangipane and lemon curd inside this twice-baked croissant, which is finished with more frangipane, slivered almonds, and torched Italian meringue.

- Coco Rough – this reimagined classic features a twice-baked Pain au Chocolat piped with chocolate and coconut frangipane, then topped with even more frangipane, toasted coconut flakes, a dusting of icing sugar and melted chocolate.
