It’s official — Providoor is back. Launched by Melbourne-based chef Shane Delia in 2020, this premium meal delivery service got us through the pandemic. It delivered over half a million gourmet meals in just 12 months, helping Melburnians try popular restaurants at home during the chaos of COVID-19. Now, it’s back with a new investor, a new team, and some excellent chefs and food personalities lending their support, like Matt Preston, Silvia Colloca, Anna Polyviou and more. The service will officially relaunch at 5pm on Monday October 23, in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
