And then it’s Fish Lane Rosé Month!
With more than 30 Australian and international wines on offer as well as eats by Southside and live beats and entertainment, Brisbane’s Rosé Revolution will be taking over Fish Lane’s Town Square and closing off the nearby alley for one Saturday in late September.
Tickets ($65+bf) include five wine tastings plus a grazing box by Fish Lane’s South-east Asian purveyors of culinary delights Southside so you can sip and snack for the duration of the event. But if you work your way through your drinks and grazing box before the event is over, you will also be able to glasses of rosé (or uncork a bottle if you’re sharing) from the pop-up bars in the area.
Rosé Revolution takes place on September 25 from 2-5pm. Covid-safe restrictions are in place so numbers will be reduced from previous years. In other words, don’t miss out and get your tickets now.
The revolution ain’t over though as eight more of Fish Lane’s much-loved bars and restaurants will be tickled pink for over a month following Rosé Revolution’s 6th iteration. The Fish Lane Rosé Month lineup includes brunches and lunches, more tasting flights, special cocktails, delectable dishes paired with rosés and specials deals to keep us blushing.
There will be three main events taking place from the likes of Maeve Wine Bar, Billykart West End and La Lune Wine Co. The first will be Maeve’s Rosé Lunch on September 26 followed by Billykart’s Rosé Brunch on October 10 and finishing with La Lune’s Wine Lunch on October 31.
These bars and restaurants will be joined by Chu The Phat, Hello Please, Julius Pizzeria, Kiki and Bar Brutus for some irresistible specials deals such as Friday rosé drink specials, Hervey Bay scallops and a set menu paired with drinks.
Turn to pink this September and wash down your worries with a glass(es) of rosé. Besides, it’s spring and we deserve to celebrate.
Fish Lane’s Rosé month takes place from September 26 and runs until the end of October.
