The Prince Consort has had a botanical makeover, decorated with thousands of flowers for the spring months. The Fortitude Valley pub is also hosting a huge lineup of events in October and November, from trivia, bingo and burlesque nights to weekend sessions amongst the florals, and even a seafood festival.
From now until November 6, you can join in on the flowery fun while The Prince Consort is in full bloom.
To spice up your weeknights in October, there will be retro trivia every Tuesday evening from 7pm, and drag queen bingo on Wednesday evenings at the same time.
Get your fish fix later in the month with a massive one-day seafood festival on Sunday, October 22, featuring some of South East Queensland’s best seafood with plenty of food and live entertainment.
At the end of October, things will take a spooky turn with The Prince Consort’s Halloween Boo-gie Margarita Party, where you’ll be able to dress up in your scariest getup, dance to DJs, and watch Halloween-themed burlesque performances.
The venue has recently launched a new menu, too, which includes gourmet pub meals such as grilled prawn mafaldine and an antipasto share board, alongside favourites such as pizzas, steaks, burgers and more.

You can find The Prince Consort at 230 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley.
