If you’re like us and have an apt for indulging in activities that involve chocolate, then you’ll want to hear about this one. Chocolate Fiesta is taking over Craft’d Grounds for the first time ever this weekend, bringing with it three days of sweet delights.
Whether it be food with chocolate in it or chocolate-flavoured drinks or movies about chocolate, this cocoa celebration has it all.
From 5pm on Friday, November 25, food trucks will fill Black Market, slinging chocolate-inspired eats and beverages. Be sure to visit Milton Rum Distillery for a exclusive tasting of their limited-edition chocolate rum.
You’ll also want to look out for Doughcraft, Albion’s new European-style bakery. They’ll be serving up two chocolate specials for the occasion: a Choc Honeycomb Shoux and chocolate Brownie Tart. Yum!
If you’ve got little ones, Saturday is a choice day to visit Chocolate Fiesta, with a chocolate treasure hunt, milkshakes from Collingwood Black, croissants, movies and more.
Then on Sunday, kick back and enjoy a Harvest Laneway screening of the French film Chocolat as well as chocolate markets, doughnuts and live music from 1pm.
