Just when we thought we had everything we needed here in Brisbane, along comes Corgi Garden, a new corgi-themed café tucked away in Milton.
The story behind Corgi Garden isn’t a long one in the slightest. The owners Stephen Tam and Amy Chung love their three-year-old corgi KitKat so much they decided to open a café dedicated to the doggo. And since opening, it’s been a real hit among locals.
No surprise there. I mean, corgi-themed food and drinks (including corgi coffee art), corgi interiors, and a dog-filled space. Yes please! If you head there on a weekend, too, you’ll be able to meet the adorable KitKat in real life.
Corgi Garden is pet-friendly, so if you’ve got a doggo at home who’s in need of a brunch adventure, feel free to bring them along. On weekends, the café will even serve your furry friend puppucinos as well as beef and chicken treats.
Butt seriously, let’s go through what’s on the menu for us humans. Firstly, you can’t go past the corgi butt buns if you’ve got a sweet tooth. Because who doesn’t want to eat a Nutella or custard-filled snack in the shape of a corgi’s backside?
Also available on the brunch menu is Hong Kong-style French toast, eggs benny served in a croissant, as well as a prawn and avo sandwich served with scrambled eggs.
Corgi Garden is, too, open for lunch, serving up a selection burgers, rice bowls and more.
