To celebrate GOMA’s Fairy Tales exhibition, W Brisbane launched an enchanting high tea that emulates classic childhood stories, complete with magical bites, a fairytale-themed cocktail, and a chance to unleash your inner artist.
From March 22 to April 7, the hotel’s Living Room Bar will serve up their beloved Ever After High Tea, but with an Easter twist.
Bite into decadent creations such as a Cinderella-inspired pumpkin tart with freeze-dried goat cheese, Snow White’s bittersweet poisoned apple mousse, strawberry macaron clocks, hot cross buns with whipped butter and jam, the Queen of Hearts chocolate and hazelnut cake, and more, paired perfectly with the specially crafted Crème Eggstraordinate cocktail, a mix of Bacardi Superior, Malibu, mango nectar, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice and Crème Egg.
There’s also an Easter Cookie Cake Book that’ll turn your high tea interactive as you paint your own edible designs on it.
The Easter Ever After High Tea, which includes unlimited tea and barista coffee, is priced at $79 per person without the cocktail, or $99 with the cocktail. If you’d prefer bubbles, you can opt for a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne NV Brut for $109 per person.
Kids aged between 3 and 12 can also join the high tea fun, with an offering of the bites, alongside endless juice, babycinos and hot chocolate for $45 per person.
