Fortitude Valley’s newest pool rooftop bar is changing with the leaves this autumn, but we’re not talking about yellows, golds or oranges… Above is turning rosé for the season!
Perched atop Ovolo Brisbane, the bar is taking autumn to new heights with Château Minuty with their Frosé Sip N Dip Sundays throughout all of March. This sun-soaked weekly ritual will combine bottomless Frosé, poolside lounging and DJ beats all afternoon, with the best views of the city.
Perfect for the balmy days of autumn, Frosé Sip N Dip Sundays will deliver a laidback two hour escape to the Mediterranean — without emptying your wallet — and with our own gorgeous skyline as a backdrop!
Each session includes a welcome cocktail on arrival, followed by two hours of bottomless Chateau Minuty Frosé, a chef-curated selection of tastes from the menu, full pool access, a fresh towel, and a reserved table to call your own! If that wasn’t enough, a live DJ will be setting the mood, keeping you floating from the brightest hour of the day all the way to golden hour.
Unhurried and sun-drenched, Monday will feel as far away as the autumn chill. Inspired by the uncomplicated glamour of the Mediterranean — think Aegean afternoons or Amalfi sunsets, the experience channels the best of a good rosé: crisp, vibrant and unmistakably made for warm weather. Sunday blues? I don’t know her.
Practical information
Frosé Sip N Dip Sundays will run every Sunday in March. You can choose from two sessions: either from from 12pm to 2pm, or from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
Tickets are $79 per person, and include a welcome cocktail, 2 hours of bottomless Château Minuty Frosé, a selection of tastes from Above, pool access, towel, table, and tunes.
