When it comes to craft distilleries, Brisbane is in abundance. There’s plenty of room for more though, especially for us gin lovers who want to try all the tasty tipples. Introducing you to Brisbane’s newest craft distilling crew, Nosferatu.
Originally from Melbourne, Nosferatu has now relocated north, taking over a Bowen Hills warehouse, which acts as both a distillery and a bar.
Here, you can expect to taste a unique variety of gins, including a sweet pavlova gin named Giselle. A bit like the iconic dessert, you’ll taste notes of cream and vanilla, with the addition of toffee and caramel.
Nosferatu also serves up a Pinot Gris-infused gin called Bunyip, as well as a blood orange flavoured number. No need to choose just one gin, too, when you can try them all on a tasting flight.
If you’re a fan of G&Ts and Negronis, the bartenders will have you covered in this department as well.
As for food, you can grab a bite from one of the food trucks onsite.
Nosferatu also joins the list of dog-friendly bars in Brisbane, so feel free to bring your pupper in to hang out at your table.

Their grand opening is slated for October 15, 2022.
