1. Saint Tropez-themed New Year’s Eve party

Being one of Brissy’s best overwater venues, you can bet that NYE will go off at Will & Flow. Especially with it being so close to the spectacular fireworks shows. Their Saint Tropez-themed New Year’s Eve party will serve up bottomless food and drinks from 7.30 pm. In the food department, you can expect delicious woodfire-grilled meats such as sliced pork belly, lamb kofta and beef brisket, decadent canapes like grilled prawn and pineapple skewers with black garlic and chilli glaze, as well as a selection of local seafood like oysters and prawns. There will also be cocktails, house spirits, local and international wine and beers, and all the Veuve Clicquot champagne you could possibly desire.

Tickets are $265 per person. Book online here.
