Just in time for the summer season, W Brisbane has teamed up with Whispering Angel rosé to bring all things pink to WET Deck, so you can sip cocktails in style with stunning views of the Brisbane River out to Mount Coot-tha. Rose Five Ways will be here until February 25.
As part of the activation, the bar area has had a pastel pink makeover, decked out with plush furnishings, sun umbrellas and vibrant floral displays. In other words, the perfect backdrop for sipping a rosé drink, whether it be a rosé cocktail, refreshing spritz or frosé, a pink sangria, or a glass of rosé straight up.
To pair with your pink pours is a range of light bites, including freshly shucked oysters served with a verjuice mignonette, Moreton Bay bug sliders accompanied by salmon caviar, three-cheese arancini with capsicum jam and whipped ricotta with fried puffs.
Hungrier diners can opt for the New York striploin with rocket and skinny fries, housemade chipotle chicken tacos with baja slaw or a summery miso and tuna poke bowl.
If you come between Thursday and Sunday, you can also enjoy live DJs, who will set the mood for an afternoon or night out in the city.
