Valley Hops Brewing has arrived just in time for summer. Perched high up on the rooftop of Cloudland, this brand-new brewery is serving up local beer brewed in the heart of Fortitude Valley, alongside some delicious munchies to pair. We love our rooftop bars in Brisbane, and this one is no different.

Cloudland’s leafy, sun-soaked rooftop is the perfect spot for summer sessions with crisp cityscape views. Craft beer lovers will love the range of bevvies available on tap at Valley Hops Brewing. Everything from their wildly popular tropical ale to a crisp lager, IPA, mango and passionfruit sour, pale ale, and more. But if you’re not a beer drinker, not to worry. You can choose from a selection of wine and cocktails too, including a spiced rum espresso martini, served with Hellfire Coffee Liqueur, cold-brew espresso and stout, and the vibrant blue Mac Daddy, which is mixed up with rum, Brookie’s Macadamia & Wattleseed Liqueur, pineapple, and blue curaçao.

To pair with your rooftop drinks is a mouthwatering menu of wood-fired pizzas, grilled skewers, share-plate bites such as chicken wings and spring rolls, and antipasti favourites like cheese and meat boards.

Valley Hops Brewing brews their beers right there on the rooftop. So when it comes to drinking, this is about as local as it gets. The venue can be found via Cloudland’s main entrance. Just go up in the elevator to level five.
