Sadly, many local venues were affected by the devastating floods that hit Brisbane earlier this year. So much so that popular riverside hangouts like Will & Flow had to shut their doors to heal and rebuild. Excitingly, though, the overwater bar slash restaurant has just reopened its doors, completely revamped with fresh interiors, an indulgent new menu, and more. Introducing Will & Flow 2.0.
Will & Flow’s new deck area is a perfect spot to sit outdoors in the sun, whether it be for breakfast, lunch, dinner on the weekend, or for a cocktail or two.
Located on the north bank of the river, this epic joint offers up sweeping Brisbane River views as well as a phenomenal sunset vantage point. Combine this with the delicious food and drink they’re serving up and you’re set.
The wood-fired oven will be burning hot and popping out pizzas as well as omelettes with mushrooms, onions, tomato, and buffalo mozzarella. Then you can sip on a dessert cocktail from the new menu, choosing from tantalising tipples such as Chocolate Hazelnut Martini made with Frangelico, Crème de Cacao and Vodka, alongside a Lamingtini with Baileys, Frangelico, Coconut Monin, cream and chocolate bitters. Or if you’re feeling something a little more suited to the weather, go for the Winter Warmer, mixed up with custard, Maker’s Mark, Mozart, and Baileys. Yum!
To celebrate the new additions, Will & Flow is also bringing back their popular ‘Beats & Eats’ offering on Thursday evenings, where you can chow down on a wood-fired pizza and a glass of prosecco for just $20. With DJs on the decks and sunset on the horizon, you’ll be able to enjoy some of the best things in life—pizza, music and the good company of your friends—without going overboard. That is until one cocktail becomes two becomes three and you order more pizza.
